The package passed today provides much-needed certainty for investors looking to support large-scale energy projects that take more than one Presidential Administration to construct. Reforms to modernize our inconsistent and inefficient permitting regime are urgently needed to meet America’s growing electricity demand. Advancing this bill through committee is an important step in the right direction.”
