Hillary Bright

Hillary Bright is the Executive Director of Turn Forward, where she leads bipartisan efforts to advance offshore wind in the United States. Since stepping into the role, she has strengthened Turn Forward’s communications, advocacy, and policy presence, expanded partnerships across industry, labor, and advocacy organizations, and built out the organization’s strategic capacity.

Hillary brings 17 years of experience at the intersection of energy, climate, economic development, and policy across nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors. She previously served as U.S. Renewables Vice President at Xodus Group, where she positioned the company as a key player in offshore wind and clean energy, and as Director of Special Projects at the BlueGreen Alliance, where she managed high-level relationships with CEOs, union leadership, and elected officials. Earlier, she spent eight years in Washington, DC, navigating federal and state energy policy.

A Central Pennsylvania native, Hillary’s passion for conservation is rooted in her upbringing, where her father – an acclaimed fly-fishing guide – instilled in her the value of protecting clean water and expanding access to the outdoors.
