Catherine Belmán Goggins

Catherine Belman Goggins serves as Turn Forward’s Policy Director. She began her climate career as an interfaith climate advocate and, after earning a Master of Public Policy, worked as a climate and energy staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her work on Capitol Hill included supporting the bipartisan Offshore Wind Caucus’ work and securing passage of clean energy and pro-worker tax credits in the Inflation Reduction Act. Hailing from the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, she appreciates the potential offshore wind has to create opportunities for workers and lift communities while generating clean, domestic, and affordable energy.
